Jessy was easily the greatest part of our wedding weekend team! From when we first initially talked to the day of the wedding, she was so incredibly supportive through the entire planning process. Jessy is organized, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared for our special day. She never judged for my silly questions and respected our opinions while also giving us her own professional thoughts. Overall, I would recommend Jessy 10/10 times and we will be forever grateful for her!

Jessy was absolutely amazing to work with. We began working with her about a year out from our June 2024 wedding and we knew early on that we would've been lost without her. She ensured that we were on track with hiring our vendors and that we had everything we needed. As we got closer and the wedding approached, Jessy was an absolute god send. She worked with our officiant to make sure she was legally allowed to marry us, coordinated with many vendors to make sure they knew where they had to be and when, and took ownership of making sure the day ran smoothly. I know there must've been problems on the day of our wedding but I never found out about them because she handled them! Absolutely hire her to help you with your wedding, you won't regret it!

Simply exceptional! Working with Jessy was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding process.

Jessy is incredibly well-versed in local vendors and is able to make great recommendations based on your tastes/preferences. She always presented us with information and let us make the final calls on who we contracted with (ie, it didn’t feel like she was pushing any one vendor in particular). Since she's so well-connected, she was able to get quick replies from vendors if we had a time-sensitive question.

Beyond that, Jessy was very communicative with us throughout our process. She sent out forms/surveys throughout our planning process and scheduled periodic Zoom check-ins to ensure she was executing on our vision. She copied us on all emails so we could follow along with how things were progressing or jump in with questions.

On a more personal note, Jessy leads with empathy. Early in our wedding process, our initial NYC venue closed unexpectedly. We had to completely scrap our plan and we decided to look for a new venue in the Berkshires. We met Jessy at one of these venues, and before we even contracted with her, she followed up with us to offer support and suggestions, simply because she knew we had been through the ringer already. Her kindness motivated us to take the plunge and book a (second) venue. She was truly the life raft that kept us afloat!

While I'm sure most wedding planners can execute on tasks, it takes a truly special person to make the planning process easeful and enjoyable. Jessy has our deep respect and highest possible recommendation - we are infinitely grateful that she was our wedding planner!

After months of deliberating whether our August 2021 wedding was a-go, we signed on with Jessy at Birdhouse Events in March 2021, when she grabbed the baton and helped us plan the wedding we always dreamed of having at the Norman Rockwell Museum. She took arduous tasks off of our plate, like finding a caterer in less than six months and finding an affordable hotel option in the Berkshires for our guests. She completely understood our vision, which was to let the beauty of the museum speak for itself, and let us know what was worth spending a little more on, and what was not. She even went above and beyond by helping us bring 40 guests to Tanglewood the night before the wedding, setting up a group ticket package when there were still a lot of restrictions around live music. She allowed us to completely be in the moment on our wedding weekend, coordinating the schedule, greeting vendors, and setting up our DIY National Park themed centerpieces (which had a lot of pieces). Jessy also beautifully cared for our family and bridal party, making sure everyone knew what they were doing and reminding us to pause and cherish the fleeting moments of the day. She even so kindly brought the wedding party breakfast while we were getting ready the morning of. I’d recommend anyone having a wedding in the Western MA area to hire Jessy. Jessy was our wedding coordinator back in 2017 and she was such a breath of fresh air. Not only was she always one step ahead of us, in terms of vision and execution, she was always supportive of our ideas and encouraged our creativity. Jessy was enormously helpful in terms of organizing my thoughts around planning, giving realistic feedback and soothing reassurance (no small feat to accomplish when dealing with an anxious bride!) and was consistently available every step of the way.
