I began my career as a venue manager, and through my work as an Event Planner I have learned the ins-and-outs of what makes an event venue successful. I specialize in unique event spaces, and will help you navigate the permitting process, ensuring you stay true to your mission while attracting modern couples.

Site Analysis – A tour of your venue looking at all proposed event sites and inclusions as well as a review of any proposed packages and pricing.
Comprehensive list of comps – A list of comparable venues including their offerings and fees.
Creation of package(s) with pricing – I will help you create a complete list of offerings as well as suggest pricing based on comparable venues.
Organization of your management structure – Assistance with organizing your staff to minimize labor costs while ensuring a well-run events program.
Analysis of liquor law and food service requirements – I will create a policy based on liquor license laws, Board of Health policies, and sound ordinances in your town.
Creation of a contract and/or venue policy manual – Once laws, policies, and pricing are identified, I will create a comprehensive contract to ensure that your guests are fully aware of your policies, as well as ensure your best interests are looked out for.
Creation of a preferred vendor list – Creation of a full list of pre-vetted local vendors in an array of styles, offerings, and price points.
