  • Communicating your vision to florists, DJ/Band, caterers etc.

  • Ensuring that planning deadlines are met and nothing is overlooked

  • Ensuring décor is set as planned

• Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal

• A timeline to share with your vendors and entire wedding party – everyone will know where to be and when to be there!  

• Planning Documents

  • Assistance with your chart – etiquette and those details you don’t think of 

  • Creation of a Master File for your venue and vendors

  • Creation of a detailed floor plan

• All the little details

  • Personal touches with your decor

  • Vendor Gratuity Guidance  

  • Etiquette and flow of ceremony and reception  

• Day of support staff - hands on assistance throughout your wedding day

Please note: Partial planning services are offered within 12 months of your wedding date and at select venues only. Pricing varies depending upon the scope of your event

* Response to email and phone communication guaranteed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F (non holidays) excepting event weekend. Weekend communication at convenience of organizer.
